ROAD TEST WAIVER

The waiver cannot be processed until at least 6 months after the issue date (4a) on the student's permit.  

If your teen is eligible for the waiver follow the link and instructions below: https://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/online-srvcs/other-servs/duplicate-license.aspx 

--Click the blue Start Now button and follow the prompts 

--Use the student's entire permit number, shown under their name on the permit, for the WI driver license number 

--Have the student SSN, parent license information, and payment information ready to enter.
